The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team at Stirling. You’ll be working in a
fast-paced, exciting dealership environment, delivering exceptional customer service while helping drive workshop
efficiency and profitability.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- At least 2 years’ Service Advisor experience within a franchised dealership
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A full UK driving licence
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A flexible, adaptable approach and the ability to work to deadlines
- Experience in a customer-focused environment
- A proactive attitude with confidence in upselling and promoting services
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Manage daily workshop loading to maximise efficiency and profitability
- Use dealer systems to accurately cost, price and upsell work
- Prepare invoices and ensure all payments are processed correctly
- Maintain a professional, organised and welcoming service reception area
- Liaise with customers throughout their visit, ensuring clear communication and timely updates
