The CUPRA Stirling story
The story of CUPRA Stirling combines West End Garage's experience as a Scottish motor retailer with a new showroom created for CUPRA customers across Central Scotland.
Forthside Way has developed into a major West End Garage destination, bringing dedicated Škoda, SEAT and CUPRA facilities together in Stirling.
West End Garage began representing Škoda in 1987 from its operation in Broxburn. The business grew alongside its customer base and later expanded with dealerships in Edinburgh, Dunfermline and Stirling.
That long-term experience shaped the Group's approach to customer care: local teams, support beyond the initial sale and facilities developed around the changing needs of modern motorists.
1987: West End Garage began its long-standing relationship with Škoda, establishing the foundations of the retailer group customers know today.
2015: The business entered the Stirling area from a temporary site in Bannockburn while planning a purpose-built dealership.
June 2018: West End Garage opened its purpose-built Škoda dealership at Forthside Way, creating a permanent Stirling base.
October 2020: CUPRA aftersales and Approved Used support were introduced at Stirling, allowing the team to begin building dedicated CUPRA knowledge and customer relationships.
August 2026: A dedicated CUPRA showroom joined the established West End Garage facilities at Forthside Way, creating a complete CUPRA sales and aftersales destination for Stirling and Central Scotland.
The dedicated showroom gives customers a distinct space in which to explore CUPRA design, technology and performance. The Stirling team can help drivers compare current petrol, e-HYBRID and fully electric models, arrange test drives and understand the practical details of ownership.
The development also brings sales and aftersales support together at one location. Customers can return to Forthside Way for servicing, MOT testing, maintenance, diagnostics, genuine parts and accessories.
West End Garage CUPRA Stirling supports private customers, Motability Scheme customers and eligible business users from Stirling, Falkirk, Alloa, Dunblane, Cumbernauld, Perthshire and surrounding communities.
The CUPRA range and technology will continue to evolve, but the purpose of the dealership remains straightforward: provide clear information, local expertise and dependable support throughout the ownership journey.
The purpose-built West End Garage Škoda dealership at Forthside Way opened in June 2018, following the Group's earlier move into the Stirling area.
CUPRA aftersales and Approved Used support were introduced at the Stirling site in October 2020.
The dedicated West End Garage CUPRA showroom at Forthside Way opened in August 2026.
Customers can explore new and used CUPRA cars, discuss Motability and applicable finance options, arrange test drives and access servicing, maintenance, MOT and repair support.
