Tell us the number of cars, driver roles, typical journeys, carrying needs, preferred body style and replacement timing.
Compare model, derivative, engine or electric drivetrain, equipment, passenger space and load capacity.
Select an available contract period and realistic annual mileage based on business and permitted private use.
The initial rental and contract structure influence the monthly rental. Compare like with like rather than the headline monthly figure alone.
Confirm whether maintenance is included, available as an option or excluded, and understand exactly which items are covered.
Check VAT, eligibility, excess mileage, return condition, early termination, order deadline and vehicle availability before proceeding.

Estimate mileage using regular commuting, customer visits, motorway travel, seasonal peaks and permitted private use. Tell the funder promptly if expected mileage changes; available options depend on the agreement.
A maintenance package is not automatically included. Where offered, check servicing, repairs, tyres, breakdown support and exclusions rather than relying on the word “maintained”.
The car must be returned in line with the agreement’s condition standard. Damage beyond the applicable standard, missing equipment or incomplete servicing may result in charges.
Ending a contract early can involve substantial charges. Ask for the funder’s process and an early-termination quotation before making a decision.

It is a long-term rental agreement for eligible business users. The agreement normally combines an initial rental, agreed monthly rentals, a defined term and a mileage allowance. The car is returned at the end and there is no ownership.
A sole trader may be eligible, subject to the finance provider’s status, identity, credit and business criteria. A quotation is not a guarantee of acceptance.
No. Business Contract Hire does not provide ownership. The Škoda is returned in accordance with the agreement.
The quotation sets out the agreed rental structure for the stated term, subject to the contract. Read the full quotation for any circumstances in which charges can change, including excess mileage, damage, early termination or changes to taxation.
Use a realistic estimate covering business journeys and any permitted private use. Choosing too little can lead to excess mileage charges, while choosing more mileage can increase the rental.
Only when the quotation expressly says it is included. Some agreements may offer maintenance as an option. Check the scope, exclusions and driver process.
An excess mileage charge may apply at the rate stated in the agreement. Contact the provider if mileage expectations change during the contract.
Early termination may be possible but can involve significant charges. Ask the finance provider for the formal process and a written settlement or termination quotation.
Business offers often state rentals excluding VAT, but the presentation must be checked on each offer. The complete quotation should show the VAT position clearly.
