BUSINESS CAR LEASING
Choose a car and agree a contract term and mileage allowance. An initial rental is followed by monthly rentals. The vehicle is returned at the end, subject to the contract’s mileage and condition requirements. BCH does not provide ownership.

Check the initial and monthly rentals, VAT, term, maintenance options and total commitment. Confirm availability and any order or registration deadline.
Understand the return standard, excess mileage rate and any early termination charges before signing. Keep the vehicle maintained as required by the contract.
Read Škoda UK’s Contract Hire guide or explore the manufacturer’s BCH offers. Ask West End Garage to confirm participation, specification and availability for your quotation.
Ask for a business quotation if you are a sole trader, partnership or limited company. Availability depends on the funder’s eligibility requirements, status and credit assessment; approval is not guaranteed.
BCH is a hire agreement without an ownership option. Return the vehicle at the end under the mileage and condition terms in your agreement.
Use the same model, specification, contract length and mileage allowance. Compare the initial rental, number and amount of subsequent rentals, VAT treatment, included services, fees and total rental commitment.
Check whether every figure is inclusive or exclusive of VAT. VAT recovery and company-car tax depend on your circumstances and the vehicle. Ask your accountant or tax adviser to assess the quotation; there is no universal saving.
Check the quote’s maintenance and insurance provisions. A maintenance package may be available, but do not assume servicing, tyres or insurance are included in the advertised rental.
Discuss your expected usage before agreeing a contract. Excess mileage, damage outside the agreed condition standard and early termination can result in additional charges under the contract.
Discuss daily routes, longer trips, access to home or workplace charging and expected mileage. The team can help compare suitable available models and arrange a viewing or test drive. Confirm the exact car and charging arrangements before committing.
Provide your business type, model or body style, number of cars, intended term, annual mileage, preferred initial rental and target delivery date. Include any maintenance requirement and ask the team to confirm availability.
Tell your local Škoda team how your business uses its cars: regular journeys, expected mileage, driver needs and replacement dates. Edinburgh supports enquiries from the Lothians, Dunfermline from Fife, and Stirling from the surrounding Central Scotland area. Contact the branch before travelling to confirm the model you would like to view.
