Claims are valid against written quotations from any similar retailer excluding trade, internet or wholesale operations or products already on promotion and must relate to the same product, part and manufacturer (including guarantees).

How to Claim!

If you already have a cheaper quotation prior to coming to West End Škoda - we'll match it immediately. (subject to the conditions below).
If you have already made a purchase from West End Škoda and have subsequently discovered that you could have purchased the same product cheaper elsewhere, simply send in your invoice and a copy of the competitors written quotation and we'll send you a refund for the difference. (subject to the conditions below).

Conditions

Price promise applies to the total invoice price (inc. VAT, waste disposal, balancing and fitting). Subject to production of a written quotation (on company headed paper). Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase. Claims must relate to the same product, part and manufacturer (Including guarantees) Like for like content of quote must be for exactly comparable work – we reserve the right to verify this. The product must be available and in stock locally. Quote supplied must come from any VAT registered garage within a 20-mile driving distance from the participating West End Škoda Authorised Repairer's premises. Claims are excluded against trade-only outlets, internet retailers and wholesale outlets.Offer is for retail customers only. Excludes fleet servicing, maintenance and repairs. Servicing or repair must be in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines. Offer available on purchases made between 01/01/2024 and 31/12/2024

The importance of Winter tyres

Cold weather driving (7C or below)

Designed to perform at their best whenever the temperature drops below 7C (44.6F) or below. The rubber compound of Winter tyres remain softer and provide a more flexible surface, increasing the adhesion and grip to the road service which results in short braking distances.

Wet weather driving

The tread patterns are specifically designed to increase the tyres ability to displace surface water, reducing the risk of aquaplaning.​

Driving on snow-covered or icy roads

A sophisticated network of sipes (fine cuts in the tread) optimise the tread compound flexibility and enhance the tyre to stick on snow. In comparison to summer tyres, when the temperature drops to 7C (44.6F) or below – this is the point at which summer tyres start to stiffen, decreasing their grip and braking efficiency.​
