The Škoda Rapid and Rapid Spaceback are compact family hatchbacks sold from 2012 to 2019: simple, roomy and cheap to run, with a 550-litre boot on the liftback Rapid and a neater five-door shape on the Spaceback. The original Rapid has a liftback tailgate and a 550-litre boot; the Spaceback is a shorter conventional hatchback with a 415-litre boot and a more modern look.
