Your electric car will still require regular servicing just like a petrol or diesel alternative.
It includes much of the traditional elements such as checking fluid levels and filters as well as the condition of your braking system, lights and tyres, ensuring they meet the legal requirements.
However, the rest of your service is quite different as it includes some additional inspections that our technicians are specially trained to complete, ensuring the quality servicing and maintenance of your car.
For example, we will check the vehicle’s high-voltage components for correct routing, securing of lines and any signs of damage. We will also visually inspect the high-voltage charging cable’s condition as well the charge level of the high-voltage battery, which we will recharge if necessary. The content of each service on your electric Škoda may depend on the model you own and your Authorised Repairer will be able to explain this in more detail.
We offer a three tiered electric vehicle Service. Essential, Standard and Plus.
The Plus Plan gives you up to four years' servicing and MOTs plus two sets of tyre replacements.
Included:
• 1 x Inspection service with Battery State of Health Check
• 1 x Brake fluid change
• 1 x Pollen filter replacement
Excluded:
Additional items identified during the service due to wear and tear, and any other items that are required at a mileage or time interval. This plan is not available for Petrol, Diesel and Hybrid models and Citigo iV
£360.00 upfront / £12.75 x 24 monthly payments
Included:
• 2 x Inspection service with Battery State of Health Check
• 2 x Brake fluid change
• 2 x Pollen filter replacement
• 2 x MOT
Excluded:

£720.00 upfront / £15.00 x 48 monthly payments
Included:

The Plus Plan offers two tyre replacements, on a like-for-like basis (same brand and type, subject to availability). This plan is not available for Petrol, Diesel and Hybrid models and Citigo iV

• Wheel alignment or geometry checks
• Additional tyres beyond the two included in the plan
• Mobile fitment (except where offered by Authorised Repairers)
• Emergency tyre replacement (out of workshop hours)

Every Škoda owner uses their car differently, so it may make sense for you to take out a bespoke plan. This plan would be built around how many miles you cover each year and what type of driving you do. Whatever plan works out best for you, it will be big on benefits and offer great all-round value.

Servicing of Electric Cars is Cheaper!
Unlike petrol or diesel engines with their thousands of moving parts, an electric motor does not require so much attention.
It means lower maintenance costs in general compared to conventional combustion-engined cars.

A lot of servicing that we are used to with conventional combustion engines is not necessary with electric cars.
