The price match compares the complete like-for-like cost, including VAT, fitting, wheel balancing and tyre disposal. This helps you compare the real fitted price rather than a headline tyre-only price.

How to claim the Tyre Price Match

1. Get a written quotation. It must be from a VAT-registered garage within a 20-mile driving distance of the participating West End Garage location.
2. Check it is like for like. The quotation must cover the same tyre brand, model, size and specification, including equivalent guarantees, fitting, balancing, disposal and VAT. The tyre must be in stock locally.
3. Send it to your chosen branch. Show the quotation before purchase for an immediate comparison, or submit it with your West End Garage invoice within 30 days of purchase.

Tyre Price Match conditions

• The comparison is based on the total invoice price, including VAT, fitting, wheel balancing and tyre disposal.
• A written quotation on the competitor’s company-headed paper must be supplied.
• The quote must be for the same product, manufacturer, specification, guarantees and directly comparable work. West End Garage reserves the right to verify the quotation.
• The tyre must be available and in stock locally from a VAT-registered garage within a 20-mile driving distance of the participating West End Garage location.
• Claims must be made before purchase or within 30 days of purchasing the tyres from West End Garage.
• Quotes from trade-only outlets, internet-only retailers and wholesale outlets are excluded.
• The promise is available to retail customers only. Fleet servicing, maintenance and repair claims are excluded.
