How PCH works

Fixed costs

Road tax is included for the term and optional maintenance packages can cover servicing and tyres, so budgeting is simple.

Škoda Elroq personal contract hire explained

Compare the offers above, then read how it works. West End Garage can tailor any offer to your deposit, term and mileage.

Initial rental and term

The initial rental is usually expressed as a number of monthly rentals paid up front, followed by fixed monthly rentals over 24 to 48 months. A larger initial rental lowers the monthly cost.

Annual mileage

Set a realistic annual mileage at the start. Excess mileage charges apply if you exceed it when the car is returned.

Returning the car

At the end of the term you hand the car back. It is inspected against fair wear and tear guidelines, and you can then take a new Škoda on a new agreement.

Eligibility

PCH is available to UK residents aged 18 or over, subject to status. A guarantee may be required. West End Garage can prepare a personalised quote with your own initial rental, term and mileage.

Škoda Elroq PCH FAQs

What is personal contract hire on the Škoda Elroq?

A lease agreement with an initial rental, fixed monthly rentals and an agreed mileage, after which the car is returned. The representative example on each offer shows the rentals for that specific Elroq model.

What is the difference between PCH and PCP?

PCH is a lease with no option to buy and usually lower monthly rentals; PCP includes an optional final payment that lets you keep the car. Choose PCH if you always want a new car and never want to own it.

Is road tax included in a PCH offer?

Yes. Vehicle excise duty is included for the length of the agreement on Škoda PCH offers.

Can I add servicing to the lease?

Yes. An optional maintenance package can cover routine servicing and tyres for a fixed monthly amount. Ask for it to be included in your quote.

What happens if I damage the car?

The car is assessed against fair wear and tear guidelines when returned. Normal use is expected; damage beyond that is charged. Ask the dealership for the guidelines.

Can I part exchange my current car against a lease?

Yes. The value of your current car can be used towards the initial rental.

Is the Škoda Elroq PCH offer available at all three dealerships?

Yes. Offers apply at West End Garage Škoda Edinburgh, Dunfermline and Stirling, subject to stock and status.
